Every Crowned by Victory piece is printed when you order it. That means less waste and a piece that's made for you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping times
- Printing: 2–5 business days
- Delivery: 3–6 business days from our US warehouse in Los Angeles
Most orders arrive within about 5–11 business days of ordering. Business days don't include weekends or holidays, and busy seasons can add time.
Shipping cost
- First item: $4.44
- Each additional item: $0.50–$2.20, depending on the item
FREE US shipping on orders over $75.
Your exact shipping total is shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, and email us if you need help choosing.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
- Email info@crownedbyvictory.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Please keep the item until we've reviewed your claim. We'll let you know if we need it back.
Cancellations
Because printing starts quickly, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, before printing begins. Email info@crownedbyvictory.com with your order number as soon as possible. After printing starts, we can't cancel or change the order.
Lost packages
If your package hasn't arrived or is marked delivered but missing, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong place because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we're not responsible for it, and a replacement will need to be purchased as a new order.
