Start Here: What You Are Actually Buying
A Faith Over Fear shirt is not just a slogan on fabric. Every piece in the collection carries a verse, and that verse decides what the shirt is saying. This guide answers the most common questions first-time buyers ask, then gives you a simple way to pick the right one.
What Is the Faith Over Fear Collection Trying to Do?
The Over Fear pieces are built around one idea: faith outranks fear. The theology is positional - fear is real, but it does not sit above you. Faith does. Every design in this collection is meant to be worn loud, because it is a declaration, not a whisper.
Which Verses Anchor the Over Fear Message?
Two verses carry the weight.
Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." This is courage commanded, with God's presence promised as the reason.
Deuteronomy 31:6 - "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee." Same structure: strength commanded, presence guaranteed.
Both verses assume a fight and hand you the confidence to walk into it.
How Is That Different From the Not Fear Pieces?
The Not Fear collection leans on identity verses instead of battle verses.
2 Timothy 1:7 - "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." Fear is not what you were given, so it is not what you are.
Isaiah 41:10 - "Fear thou not; for I am with thee." The command comes wrapped in a promise, not a battle plan.
Over Fear says fear gets outranked. Not Fear says fear was never your portion. Knowing which one you need is the whole decision.
A Simple Framework for Picking Your Shirt
Ask yourself three questions.
- What season am I in? If it calls for courage, go Over Fear. If it calls for rest, go Not Fear.
- How do I want to wear it? Loud and oversized points to the Sunfade or Blue Fade hoodies. Close and everyday points to the women's tee or the black tee with scripture.
- Which verse do I want on my chest? Isaiah 41:10 lives on the Faith, No Fear Black T-Shirt. If you want the statement without the citation, the women's tee and the faded hoodies carry the message clean.
Quick Picks
- Bold and oversized: Faith, No Fear Sunfade Hoodie or Faith, No Fear Blue Fade Hoodie.
- Everyday and soft: Faith, Not Fear Women's T-Shirt.
- Scripture-forward: Faith, No Fear Black T-Shirt, Isaiah 41:10 on the front.
The Bottom Line
You are not picking between two truths - you are picking the verse that matches your season. Read the theology, check your heart, and wear the message that speaks for you today. Fear does not get the last word either way.
